Catification is a beautiful book and full of interesting, affordable ideas to make a cat home comfortable. I am still exploring the ideas to see which ones I can use.

I flagged the pages (multiple) that had ideas I liked and then chose one. I went for the shelving from IKEA for the lengths and the fact that they were already painted (eliminating a task) and just finished the install. Cat approved already although she needed to be bribed with treats to get up there (she has since returned). Spent less than $100 on the shelves and a few bucks for screws and that was it. The living room is catified now. Don't know how to attach photos and anyway said recipient is currently engaged in her favorite activity, sleeping (in, of course, a cardboard box).

Great book and reference for any cat owner that wants to create a home for their cats to be entertained. Thanks so much! Kudos to you, Jackson!

My 4 year old tabby, female, all of a sudden started to pee on my bed. I’ve had cats for 30 years and this had never happened. I started studying and reading with Jackson Galaxy.
