    Why not?

My cat is 22 years old. Needless to say there are a lot of things that change when a cat reaches the geriatric years. She really needs a dental but due to her age that's out of the question. She goes to the vet once a month for two shots which seem to be helping her a great deal, although she hates it. She really doesn't eat solid food to well anymore, instead just laps up the gravy. I could not let her literally starve to death so she is force fed two to three times a day. She actually looks forward to these feedings since she will sit in place, howl and wait for her food. I didn't think it would hurt to add B12 to her feeding and I think it has helped (it's a cat, a grumpy old cat so how can I be sure?) Her coat seems a little softer and she has started attempting to eat more of the food than just the gravies.

I think it's okay for them.I just need to be careful how often I give it to em.I think a lower dose might be safer for now. They're still growing,so it's hard to tell if that's just them,or they are getting something from it.?Love ya Jackson...AWESOMENESS ALWAYS!

    Important part of daily regimen

My cat Mary is nearly 11 years old. Her health was starting to take a downturn after the death of her companion kitty Maxi. She became at risk for kidney disease, overweight, skin and coat problems , anxiety and overgrooming, allergies, and UTI. I made a few select changes in her diet and added some supplements. I can’t speak to B12 results alone, but I know that she has made an incredible turn around with B12 a part of her daily diet. Her weight has normalized, her coat and skin have healed and is shiny and full, eye and respiratory problems managed, her kidney disease risk reversed, she is happier and more energetic than ever. Beyond that, it is a healthy energy, and not anxious as before. (I use B12 in combination with a balanced raw diet, Jackson Galaxy’s complete probiotics, omega-3, glucosamine joint supplement, and lysine immune support, antidepressant prescription, play and environmental enrichment)

    B-12 for chronic gastrointestinal issues

My cat has been suffering from chronic gastrointestinal problems. Even prescribed vet diet cannot correct. My cat has frequent diarrhea, which last only a day or two. And occasionally occurs every few weeks. I am hoping that adding this B-12 into her diet might correct her tummy problems. Also, I added Happy Tummy supplement as well. It’s been a week now and so far so good!
