It was easy to assemble, looks attractive and my cat was using it by the next day. She found it to be very comfortable!

We keep a house full of cats, and a feral cat that adopted me 10 years ago became a real sweetheart but she used my beautiful thick wool area rug as a scratching post. We have vertical posts, angled scratchers and now we have two horizontal scratchers. Monet claimed the Emory scratcher for her own and the others have all respected her claim, lol.
And the best news is that she no longer rips my aqua wool rug.

Our cats love this scratcher. I have it set up flat at the moment. It’s nice that there is flexibility in how to set it up. It was very easy to assemble and even came with a nice screwdriver.
