I’ve worked with cats and animal guardians for over 25 years. Much of my work revolves around getting to know your cats personally and your family as a whole. My approach is not simply about “fixing” problems in your home, it’s about building a better & fuller relationship with your animal family.

Let’s Work Together

Is your cat’s behavior causing stress and resentment? I can offer valuable experience and insight to help you navigate these challenges, including:

I’m pleased to offer a variety of virtual consultation packages, each tailored to suit your specific needs and budget. Together, we'll decode what your cat is trying to tell you and find practical solutions to restore harmony to your home.

How long does a consultation last, and what does it involve?

All consultation packages start with a 75-minute initial Zoom call. In preparation, I will review all of the video and written information you’ve sent. Then, during our time together, we’ll conduct a comprehensive assessment of your cat's behavior, discuss challenges you're facing, and work together to create a personalized game plan.

At the end of our Zoom, I’ll leave you with “homework” to do before our next check-in, providing a roadmap for our 6 weeks together.”

After we’ve concluded our 6 week course of action, if your situation requires ongoing support, my Advanced Mojo & Total Mojo packages include follow-up calls and email support (Total Mojo only). My premium packages include more review of video footage, as well as follow-up calls and email support.

What types of issues can be addressed in a consultation?

I can assist with a wide range of behavioral concerns, including but not limited to aggression, litter box problems, introductions, and fearfulness. Whether it's a specific challenge or you're looking to enhance your cat's overall well-being, my consultations are tailored to your needs.

Can I schedule an in-person consultation?

In-person consultations are considered on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to an additional fee. If you're interested in an in-person session, please make a note on your consultation application and we will be in touch.

When can I expect results?

First and foremost, it's crucial to recognize that the behaviors we often label as inappropriate or destructive are entirely natural and intrinsic to a cat's nature! I’ve had a lot of success helping clients and their cats find appropriate outlets for those behaviors, but it would be irresponsible for me to guarantee any timeline - we move at the pace that aligns with your cat’s comfort, what is a reasonable outcome to expect, and your level of commitment to addressing these problems.

One thing I can guarantee that you will always get from me is my honest assessment, opinions, and commitment to the care of your cats as if they were my own family members. Consistency, dedication, and patience are the keys to success! (for this last sentence, I’m wondering if it may be a turnoff, or, if not, where the best place for it is. I just don’t want them to think that if we ‘fail’ to get the results they expected, that I’m saying it’s their fault).

Are you a licensed veterinarian?

No, I’m not a veterinarian. With any behavioral issues, I recommend seeing your vet first to rule out any underlying health issues! If you purchase a Total Mojo package, I am happy to schedule a call with your veterinarian to discuss these issues comprehensively.

Are you a Certified Applied Animal Behaviorist (CAAB)?

No, my expertise comes from 30+ years of working directly with cats and their humans.

How do I schedule a consultation, and what is the cost?

To schedule a consultation, please fill out the form below and the application will be sent to your email. Costs vary based on the type of consultation and any additional services required.

What if my cat doesn't have specific behavioral issues? Can a consultation still be beneficial?

Absolutely! Even if you're not currently facing behavioral challenges, a consultation can provide valuable insights into understanding your cat better and enhancing the overall happiness of your feline family.
