How to use:

• Use consistently over time, for best intended results
• Flower Essence blend:
• Shake bottle, then take 4 drops on tongue or in water 4x/day
• Alternatively, place drops on the skin at pulse points; you can also add them to baths, or spray/mist your body
• Aromatherapy with Flower Essence blend:
• Shake vial, then roll on to any pulse points 3-4x/day
• Inhale the incredible aromatherapeutic essential oils while your body takes in the energy of the flower essences as well

This is a 5% dilution. According to general guidelines based on traditional aromatherapy practice, a 2-5% dilution is suggested for daily use according to the Tisserand Institute, who also recommends a minimum of 120 proof grain alcohol for preserving and also preventing microbial growth. This product uses a 190 proof grain alcohol for your safety. The alcohol also kills microbes on the surface and is important when using a rollerball application throughout the day.
