    used in unexpected ways

    it took her some time to be interested in it but she seems to have fun sniffing around for treats. even more exciting, she used it during play time with the wand too! She’ll crouch down into it to get ready to pounce, and she’s ended up rough housing with it during play today. She seems interested in bringing her ‘pray’ once she’s caught it to the mat to roll around in. It’s not what I expected her to use it for but it’s so cute to see her play with it like that too!

    Good way to provide treats

    Began giving treats after vet recommended them for dental health. After a while, my cat began demanding treats every time I went to the kitchen or would bite and/or scratch my calves & ankles. Vet recommended totally stopping treats. Things improved over time but he would still sometimes go to the cupboard and seemed to want them. I keep them in the garage now and sometimes when he’s asleep will get a few and hide them in the Snuffle mat where he will find them.

    Great mat! Cats love it!

    Sadly one cat keeps vomiting all over it and ruining it.

    Great distraction

    We ahave 2 cats - one 1 and one11 - the younger one is always trying to play with the older who wants nothing to do with it. Sprinkle treats and hide them in the snuffle mat, and it kept him entertained for about an hour - then he sleeps on it - one more piece in our armoury to keep him entertained
