A few months ago, a tiny cat appeared in my backyard: she was wounded, flea-ridden and extremely malnourished. My vet estimated that she was between 6 months and a year old. I know it’s hard to domesticate a feral cat that old, but she was in really rough shape and needed to stay indoors to regain her health.

Her trust and confidence have flourished with a lot of time and patience, but her socialization dialed up a big notch when we introduced the Feral Cat Soother: now she comes running for cuddles and likes to boop my nose with hers whenever she catches me lying down within reach.

I’d love to keep this adorable sweetheart, but unfortunately as she’s regained her health she’s made it clear that she does not like my other cat, which has not changed at all despite her increasing affection for humans. I’ve reluctantly come to the conclusion that she’d be happiest in a home where she can be the only cat. I purchased the Feral Cat Soother and honestly I was really skeptical, but eager for anything to work. About half an hour after the first use, she as standing up tall and had stopped slinking around and hiding. She played in the same room I was in for over an hour. Two days later, (a cat that only lets me touch when feeding treats and still hisses) came when called, jumped on the bed and rubbed herself into me.
I have cried and cried because I have thought that I wasn't giving her a good quality of life as she is just terrified 24/7. I have finally found something that relaxes her and made her come out of her shell! I am beyond grateful for this product!
